RETURN POLICY

For any return request, please contact our team by email at jahleeya.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Return request". The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged or soiled products are not taken back.

The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the item. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
